This speculation comes after a recent announcement that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorities are resuming visa services for Nigerians, effective from March 4, 2024. This development will mark a significant step in strengthening bilateral ties between the Arab country and Nigeria
The announcement is believed to have followed constructive discussions between Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and UAE’s Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayad Al Nahyan, emphasizing mutual cooperation and growth.
Previously, the UAE had imposed visa restrictions on Nigerians, citing concerns over certain developments.
