Visa Consultation Form

1. All services are subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Service.
2. Each consultation token is valid for 30 days after request. Hence, both service sessions must have been scheduled and fulfilled within 30 days of a request.
3. These sessions are only valid as virtual sessions.
4. General Visa Consultation Service has two virtual sessions, each with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, and there is no rollover option.
5. Specific Visa Consultation Service includes two virtual sessions, each with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, and there is no roll-over option.
a. This fee is deducted from the visa processing assistance cost for that destination if you proceed with the visa processing with us within 14 days from the final consultation date.
6. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
7. Our services and advice do not guarantee you a visa – as issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the consular or embassy.
8. All sessions are recorded for quality and assurance purposes and remain the private property of Afari Travels & Tours.
9. We reserve the right to decline your request if it goes against our Terms & Conditions of Service.
