Processing Time

Prompt document review and consultation depend on a quick response from the applicant. However, our team is skilled at preparing and submitting applications within just 3 working days. You need to physically submit your application in Abuja or at the nearest Namibian embassy. The average processing time is about 10-20 working days. You can rely on us to keep you updated about your application’s status at every stage of the process.

Visa Duration

The Namibia visa allows you to stay for 30 to 90 Days with Single Entry, but 30 days is more common. You may get more days if you have a good profile, travel history and reason for visiting.

What is the Namibia Visa?

A Namibia Tourist Visa is a type of visa that allows you to visit Namibia for tourism purposes, such as sightseeing, leisure, or visiting friends and relatives. Depending on your nationality, you may or may not need a visa to enter Namibia for up to 90 days. If you do need a visa, you can apply for one on arrival at certain ports of entry or in advance at the nearest Namibian embassy.

You can also extend your visa for another three months at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Windhoek. If you are travelling with children under 18, you must also carry a certified copy of their birth certificate and consent from the other parent if applicable

Which countries need a Visa to visit Namibia?: 

Nigerians need a visa to visit Namibia.

Citizens of around 55 countries, including the USA, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Canada, can enter Namibia without a visa for up to 90 days. You just need a valid passport for the entire stay and a return ticket.

All other travellers need to apply for a visa on arrival at certain ports of entry or in advance at the nearest Namibian embassy.

How long is the Namibia Visa valid?

The Namibia visa allows a maximum stay of 90 days from the date of arrival, within one calendar year. It is a single-entry visa, so once the permitted stay is over, you must leave the country to avoid legal problems. Although an extension is possible, it is not guaranteed and does not grant multiple entries. You can apply for an extension at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Windhoek.

Note:

  1. Visa Fees are excluded from our pricing. That will be paid on the date of your biometrics capture at VFS/embassy/consulate
  2. Travellers who have been in China and Macao in the last 10 days must present a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before arrival. Children under 12 years old are exempt from testing requirements.
  3. Some information above are subject to change due to embassy/consulate review. Hence, it is advised you seek consultation for the latest information.

For Vaccinated travellers:
